Responsibilities:

Manage customer accounts including order processing, shipment scheduling, pricing, lead times, compliance documents, and order accuracy Communicate with customers, sales reps, and internal teams to provide order updates and ensure on-time deliveries Monitor orders and shipments to identify and resolve issues such as shortages, damages, lost shipments, and shipping errors Process returns, credit requests, and customer inquiries while maintaining phone and email support availability Support customer relationships by providing sales information, product troubleshooting assistance, and distributing product literature

Required Skills:

1+ years of experience in a customer service role Experience talking with customers via phone and email

High School Diploma Additional Skills:

Experience in Excel Experience working with Consumer Goods #priority

Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
