Job Description

SUMMARY Provide both administrative and operational support for customer projects as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Organize activities for customer order data updates including customer order entry and communication. Create and develop project timelines and goal setting to complete projects. Coordinate priority requirements with production, scheduling, purchasing, and shipping. Interact with engineering team on take offs and quotes. Ensure all packaging and shipping documents are per customer's specifications. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE
Associate degree in engineering, business or related fields required, bachelor's degree a plus. Microsoft Office experience required. CAD Drawing a plus ERP or SAP experience a plus Production scheduling experience a plus Read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings a plus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Have the ability to understand industry standards and construction methods. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions. Ability to utilize phone, e-mail, and other methods of communication.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS & REASONING ABILITY
Apply basic mathematical concepts. Demonstrate proficiency in calculations involving decimal values, percentages, and multiples. Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Interpret technical instructions. Possess strong analytical ability.
