Position Overview:

Animal Medical Center of Euclid is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist. Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and assisting clients with their pet needs. Scheduling appointments. Filling prescription medications. Educating pet owners on preventive care and wellness Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the clinic Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients Assisting the veterinarian with patients as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a veterinary setting preferred(can be trained) Strong passion for working with animals and promoting their welfare Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
