Full Job Description Hiring:
Client Services Representative Kdc/one Groveport Groveport, Ohio, Beauty & Personal Care Manufacturing We're looking for a Client Services Representative who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and keeping things running smoothly from order to shipment.
What You'll Do:
Become a key resource for customer support across shipping, purchasing, production, and accounting. Act as the customer's voice within our site by advocating for their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Lead internal conversations to remove issues and improve service delivery. Own customer relationship, reviewing expectations, resolving issues, and escalating when needed. Balance customer needs with production realities by finding smart, efficient solutions. Manage and reconcile aged inventory, including billing for slow-moving or obsolete items. Handle miscellaneous billing with accuracy and timely documentation. Support internal teams with customer insights and updates. Partner with Quality and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and product data. Be flexible, support off-shifts and step in when needed. What We Need from
You:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred (or 5+ years of account management experience in lieu of a degree). Minimum of 3 years in customer service or account management.
Tech-savvy:
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, SAP, and navigating systems.

Strong communication skills
Adaptable:
You thrive in change and can handle multiple priorities You work well independently and collaboratively.
Working Conditions:
Office-based with occasional time on the production floor. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally. Expect a mix of sitting, standing, walking, and light physical activity.
