The Role From supporting internal teams to developing next-gen materials, our professional roles span strategy, innovation, and purpose. At CNG, you'll do work that matters—and own it all. What You'll Do Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives Communicate clearly the progress of orders and shipments Schedule, track, communicate with transportation groups Forecast and track key account metrics Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships Liaison between the customer and internal teamsWhat You'll Bring Essential Qualifications:
Proficient at Microsoft Office programs Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization including diverse cultures. Demonstrated skill in organizing work, setting priorities, and sound decision-making. Strong work and personal ethics. Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred not required. Combination of degree and experience may be considered. Account management experience preferredCompensation & Benefits Total Rewards:
