Job Description

We are a well-established insurance agency in Marietta, Ohio, and part of a growing five-location agency group. We are currently seeking a licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative to join our team. What You'll Enjoy About This Role Consistent weekday schedule - no nights or weekends Paid holidays and PTO (including sick time) Employer-supported retirement plan (payroll-deducted pension) Established book of business - no cold calling required Team-focused, professional office environment Position Overview In this role, you will support and manage an existing book of business by providing high-quality service to our clients. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring accounts are handled accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Service assigned client accounts, including policy updates, renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries Assist clients with claims questions and provide general policy support Prepare and process new business applications and account setups Maintain accurate and organized client records within the agency management system Utilize online carrier systems for rating and quoting Collect underwriting details and identify appropriate markets for new business opportunities Monitor policy expirations and cancellations, ensuring timely follow-up Support account retention by delivering excellent customer service Assist with documentation, reporting, and occasional client presentations What We're Looking For Active Property & Casualty license (required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines Comfortable using multiple systems and technology platforms Professional communication skills and a client-first mindset Compensation Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
