Position Overview As part of the Koroseal Interior Products team, the Customer Relations Representative is the customer facing role responsible for managing pending orders and working directly with the Field Sales team and customers on new and existing opportunities. This role is a very important part of providing Excellent Customer Service. This position provides an excellent opportunity to grow professionally, to be an integral part of a team in a dynamic organization and put creative ideas and innovative thoughts into action. This is an in office position located at our corporate office in Medina, OH.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain availability for phone coverage for all incoming inquires. Requesting Quotes from quote team when needed. Providing information to Intake and Quote teams and answering questions. Working with Sales team and customers on projects on all product lines (Includes being a participant on all Kickoff calls). Manage and Administer Customer LOA's. Executing the Order Management process accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Collection of payments or deposits where applicable Picking of tickets (Including Console orders by established time frame) Upload order information to customer portals. Update order documents on Customer Service Shared drive Update shipping dates in System 21 on orders if needed. Maintain IDF Open order report. Communicate with Customer and Sales Representative any changes in lead time/ship date. Stock Checks. Provide customer with shipping notifications for direct ship orders. Responding to email inquires within same working day. Understanding program details for inquiries regarding all National Account, Hospitality, OEM, International and Private label customers. Post Order Management. Processing RGN requests. Contact customers and process requests for additional charges (freight, tax).
