DCR Systems - Mentor, Ohio DCR Systems is looking for an experienced collision repair professional to join our Mentor location. We are looking for someone who can do more than greet customers and answer phones. We need a knowledgeable, confident, customer-focused professional who understands the collision repair business and can guide customers through the repair process from start to finish. This position combines front-office customer service, repair plan writing, and sales . The ideal candidate understands how a collision repair facility operates, can communicate the repair process clearly to customers, and has the technical knowledge and confidence to identify and sell the work needed to properly repair a vehicle. What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide a professional, knowledgeable first impression Manage customer communication throughout the repair process Listen to customer concerns and help determine the best course of action Write accurate and complete repair plans/estimates Explain repair plans, procedures, timelines, and recommendations to customers Identify additional needed services and confidently present them to customers Work with technicians, parts, and administrative team members to keep repairs moving Communicate with insurance companies and other involved parties when necessary Maintain accurate documentation throughout the repair process Follow DCR Systems' processes and standards Build customer trust by being transparent, knowledgeable, and responsive What We're Looking For Collision repair experience is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who already understands the industry—not someone we need to teach the basics of how a body shop operates.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working in a collision repair facility Strong customer service and communication skills Experience writing estimates/repair plans CCC experience preferred The ability to understand vehicle damage and the repair process Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Confidence discussing repairs and costs with customers A natural ability to sell the work that needs to be done without being pushy The ability to work effectively with technicians, customers, and insurance representatives Strong organization and follow-through A team-first attitude and willingness to follow a defined process Why DCR Systems?
