Job Description

River Valley Credit Union is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing and reliable individual for a Call Center Representative position. This is a full time position in a company with great culture that offers health benefits, 401k, vacation and sick leave.

Knowledge and Abilities:

Excellent telephone, oral, and written communication skills required. Be cooperative, friendly, and have a positive attitude toward callers and staff. Ability to handle high volume in-bound calls, working to resolve account related problems in a timely manner while maintaining an excellent level of courtesy and tact. Operate as support to our branch offices, and be able to multitask with efficiency. Understand products and services offered to be able to assist callers in using them. Able to operate a computer and accurately post transactions. Meet call center goals, answer rates and call times. Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
