Welcome Team:

Sales & Customer Service position. This team plays a vital role in creating the first impression of Emeth's mission and values. We strive to create an environment where families feel: Welcomed and comfortable Unique and valued Supported as a family The Welcome Team covers various responsibilities, including: Hospitality Sales Customer Service Administrative Support Compensation for this position ranges from $13 to $16 per hour. We are looking for individuals who: Are energetic and excited about meeting, greeting, and interacting with new and returning families Communicate very clearly Have experience in sales and/or customer service roles The available position is full-time. Weekday shifts fall between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM, and Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. To thrive in this role, you must: Be passionate about our mission of training leaders with true character Be motivated to continue your own personal growth Demonstrate alignment with and a desire to grow in our Core Values Love connecting with kids and parents Be hungry for growth & coachable Be willing to learn and teach biblically based family values (what our character training curriculum is all about) The required skills for this position include: Experience in a sales and/or customer service role The ability to communicate clearly face to face, over the phone, and in writing Proficient typing skills Customer service skills of attentiveness, patience, and friendliness As a member of the Welcome Team, your regular tasks will involve: Greeting and welcoming students and parents by name Constant customer communication via phone, email, and in person Educating families on our mission, programs, and events Promoting classes/camps, etc. that will be a good fit for families Managing and inputting detailed, accurate data in family accounts, including enrollments, scheduling, billing, and payments Maintaining a clean and welcoming space in our lobby and front office (including light daily cleaning) Weekly & quarterly staff connection and training
