Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team in North Canton. This job is part-time. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support while assisting with their financial needs. You will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with our members and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Responsibilities Delivering outstanding customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist members with account management, including balance inquiries, transaction history, and account updates. Process loan payments and payoffs, and handle cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions. Promote financial products and services to members, striving to meet sales goals while ensuring compliance with regulations. Conduct teller drawer operations efficiently while adhering to cash handling policies. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve overall member experience. Demonstrate knowledge of software used to service customer requests and understand information technology concepts relevant to the job. Notary Public is advantageous. Experience Previous experience in financial services or a related field is preferred. Strong skills in customer relationship management to build rapport with members. Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash drawer. Excellent math skills for accurate transaction processing and financial calculations. Sales experience is advantageous. Ability to work effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and make sound decisions based on customer feedback.
