The Client Specialist's focus is to deliver extra mile customer service, recruit and place quality candidates to ensure we secure the best fit for both our Talent and Clients. The Client Specialist at our Parma branch will be skilled in: High level of networking, recruiting and communication skills with the desire to want to build long lasting working relationships. Strong account management and industry experience Thrives on crushing goals, helping others, delivering results and making a difference in the communityKnows the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word Is looking to grow a fast-paced start up office in a fast-growing company in a booming industry Has an extensive customer service background Ability to go to client sites for meetings and check-insPhone, Email experience - can comfortably and professionally answer and make calls HUGE plus for staffing industry/agency experience! Bilingual Spanish/English is Required Industry experience Required Strong Recruiting experience Required.
