About the Role We're an independent insurance agency looking for a detail‑driven, people‑focused professional to support our book of business. This role blends customer service, data entry, and policy support—ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, staying organized, and working in a fast‑paced environment. What You'll Do Provide friendly, professional customer service via phone, email, and in‑person interactions. Enter and maintain accurate policy data, endorsements, and documentation in agency management systems. Assist clients with billing questions, ID cards, certificates, and basic policy servicing. Support agents with quoting, renewals, and underwriting requirements. Maintain organized digital files and follow agency compliance standards. Communicate with carriers to process changes, request information, and resolve issues. What We're Looking For Experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative/data entry roles. Strong attention to detail and accuracy—especially when entering policy data. Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized. Comfort working with computers, management systems, and digital workflows. A positive attitude and willingness to learn insurance processes and terminology. Farming knowledge or background helpful but not required. Preferred Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Data Entry experience Experience with Applied Epic, HawkSoft, or similar systems a plus Ohio P&C license (must be willing to obtain within 90 days of hire) required.
