- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling high-volume inbound calls
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Ability to research customer accounts and resolve issues independently
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking systems

- Banking or financial services experience
- Contact center or customer support center experience
- Experience supporting loan or deposit accounts
- Experience with Jack Henry SilverLake or similar banking platforms
- Experience supporting customers via phone, email, chat, or social media

- Identify sales opportunities and refer customers to appropriate banking partners
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Document customer interactions and resolutions
