Customer Service Representative Location:
1900 Enterprise Parkway, Twinsburg, OH 44087
Work Hours:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through
Friday Pay Range:

In this role, you'll be the voice of Dixon, helping customers find solutions, placing orders, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys teamwork, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're a recent graduate or looking to grow your career in customer service, we'll provide the tools and training you need to succeed. What You'll Do:
Support both internal and external customers with professionalism and care Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Process orders accurately and efficiently Handle invoicing and accounts receivable functions Troubleshoot and resolve product or service concerns Collaborate with team members on special projects and continuous improvements Coordinate customer orders and product shipments
What We're Looking For:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field of study 2-3 years of experience in Customer Services, Inside Sales, or Administrative Support is preferred, but not required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting A positive, team-oriented attitude
