Will be traveling between Kenton, Findlay, and Tiffin. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow, lead, and impact the lives of our clients and caregivers.

What You'll Do:

As a CCS, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care while supporting the growth and success of our agency.

Your key responsibilities include:

Build lasting relationships with clients, families, and caregivers by providing top-tier customer service.

Ensuring Continuity of Care:

Step in to cover open client shifts as needed, ensuring reliability and seamless transitions for clients.

Empowering Caregivers:

Train and mentor new caregivers directly in clients' homes, setting them up for success.

Collaborating Effectively:

Communicate caregiver performance and satisfaction updates to supervisors to ensure a thriving team environment.

Upholding Excellence:

We're searching for someone who is not only an experienced HHA or STNA, but also embodies a positive, adaptable, and professional attitude.

The ideal candidate:

Has proven experience as an HHA or STNA. Can work flexible shifts between 8am and 6pm Monday - Friday and occasional weekends if needed. Communicates clearly in English, both written and verbal. Is tech-savvy and comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps. Excels in customer service and interpersonal skills.
