Own the relationship. Be the primary point of contact for clients and families from day one. Think fast, solve faster. Handle client concerns with empathy and quick, practical judgment. Consult and close. Run care consultations, assess needs, and build custom care plans. Keep it moving. Coordinate with schedulers, Care Pros, and healthcare pros so nothing slips. Follow through. Own quality assurance visits, documentation, and follow-up — no dropped balls. Spot what's next. Flag when a care plan needs to evolve and advocate for it. You're Our Person If You... I.E. writing, editing plans of care? College degree preferred Microsoft Office proficiency; CRM/client management software a plus Valid driver's license, current car insurance and reliable transportation Availability for some evenings/weekends High integrity and the ability to keep things confidential If this sounds like you, don't wait — apply today.
