The Role We are seeking a high-energy, technically-minded Customer Service Representative. This is a dual-focus role requiring elite phone/email skills for both inbound support and outbound sales/follow-ups. You will be the bridge between our customers and our vendors, ensuring every order is accurate and every rider is satisfied. Core Responsibilities •

High-Volume Communication:

Manage a steady flow of incoming and outgoing calls with a professional, "smile-in-your-voice" attitude. •

Sales & Consulting:

Use your phone sales experience to guide customers toward the right parts and accessories for their specific Victory, Indian, or off-road vehicle using our Shopify store and admin interface. •

Vendor Liaison:

Communicate directly with vendors to track orders, verify fitment, and resolve supply chain inquiries. SKU Vault is the software that is used for our in house inventory and order management. •

Technical Troubleshooting:

Assist customers with basic technical questions regarding OEM and aftermarket part compatibility. •

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with our warehouse and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements •

Powersports Passion:

Deep knowledge of Victory and Indian Motorcycles is highly preferred. Familiarity with major UTV/ATV brands (Polaris, Can-Am, Honda, etc.) is a plus. •

Sales Experience:

Proven track record in phone sales or parts counter sales. You should be comfortable "closing" and upselling. •

Computer Literacy:

Fast and accurate typing skills. You must be comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs, Microsoft software (Outlook), and inventory databases (SKU Vault) simultaneously. •

Communication Pro:

Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can explain complex parts to a novice and talk shop with a pro. •

Reliability:

This is a M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST position. Punctuality is non-negotiable. Benefits •
