Job Description
We're looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll be the welcoming voice and face of our company, making sure every client feels supported and valued from the moment they reach out. If you love helping people, stay organized when things get busy, and want a collaborative environment where you can grow your skills, we'd love to connect with you. What you'll be doing: Answering multi-line phone systems and responding to customer inquiries with a helpful, professional touch. Managing front desk duties—greeting visitors, making guests feel welcome, and directing them where they need to go. Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) to keep records up to date, organize data, and put together basic reports. Helping keep the office running smoothly with tasks like filing, organizing supplies, and proofreading documents. Solving customer issues with care, making sure they feel heard and satisfied with the outcome. What we're looking for: Solid experience in customer service with great phone etiquette and communication skills. Background in office management or admin support, meaning you know how to multitask and stay organized. Comfortable using computers, data entry tools, and the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a nice bonus! Bilingual abilities are always a huge plus for connecting with our diverse client base. Pay:
