00 / Hour Employment Type & Shifts Temp to Hire Full Time 1st Shift 2nd Shift Job Responsibilities Responding to inquiries promptly and courteously Process customer orders accurately Handle complaints in an effective manner Work closely with customers and on-site management to address inquiries 1 to 2 years of customer service experience (manufacturing or logistics preferred) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing processes High School Diploma; Bachelors preferred Associate Requirements Bachelors Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00
