Job Description

Position Overview:

Contact Center representative Insight Global is seeking a Contact Center Support Representative to join the AAB Payment Group for a leading financial services organization. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking support with payment-related products and services. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to payment products and services. Handle inbound calls and support requests in a professional and timely manner. Troubleshoot payment processing, online banking, and account-related issues. Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a contact center, customer support, help desk, or similar customer-facing role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience supporting customers within banking, payments, or financial services environments. Ability to troubleshoot basic user issues and payment-related concerns.

Compensation :

$20-22/hour

USD Duration :

7 month contract (extensions or conversion) "Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law."

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
