The Landings of Westerville, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Westerville, OH, is currently looking for an Activity Assistant. STNA certification is preferred for this position. The right candidate will be compassionate, creative, and energetic. He or she will help plan and facilitate facility activities for the current residents as well as community social events. Time management and organization skills are necessary, and positive communication skills and collaboration with different departments are paramount. The Activity Department works diligently to encourage resident participation, whether in a group setting or during a meaningful one-on-one program, while respecting individual interests and abilities.
