Overview Join our dynamic team as a Guest Service Representative, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for every guest. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Register arriving guests, collect payment and issue keys. Assist guest with making reservations and checking property availability Maintain excellent communication between departments to ensure guests needs are met Complete daily checklist and assignments from manager Assist guests with product inquiries and personalized recommendations to enhance their experience Operate the cash register efficiently, handling retail sales transactions with accuracy using POS systems Manage cash drawer handling, cash handling procedures, and basic math calculations for transactions Promote and upsell store products and services to meet sales targets while ensuring a positive shopping experience Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and assist with merchandising efforts to maintain an attractive store environment Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing assistance remotely Support inventory management by stocking products and assisting with stockroom organization Qualifications Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially with supervising responsibilities or team oversight Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cash drawer handling Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are a plus to serve diverse guests effectively Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of retail store product knowledge and customer service best practices Demonstrated phone etiquette skills combined with excellent interpersonal communication abilities Physical Requirements These physical demands represent the physical requirements necessary for a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. Physical requirement for particular tasks includes but are not limited to: standing for long periods of time, pushing, pulling, lifting, reaching and grabbing. 2.
