Project runs through February 2027, potential opportunity to transition to a long-term temp assignment.Job Summary:
The Customer Service Associate - Software Upgrade Specialist is responsible for guiding customers through software upgrades and platform migrations via phone. This role involves assessing each customer's current software version, walking them step-by-step through necessary updates, and ultimately transitioning them to a new platform using a provided step-by-step guide. This position supports customers nationwide and requires strong attention to detail, patience, and the ability to follow through on multi-step processes with customers over the phone.Job Duties:
Conduct outbound/inbound calls with customer managers to assess current software versions in use Identify if customer is on the current software and walk them through each necessary updates to get them on the current software Once the customer is on the current software version, guide them through migrating to the new platform using a reference guide Direct customers to locate specific data fields within their system and make required changes accurately Walk customers through enabling the new system and going live once all changes are complete Maintain accurate records of customer progress and completed upgrades Meet individual and team goals related to project deadlines and completion ratesJob Requirements:
Self-starter who can work independently and stay on task without close supervision Ability to meet deadlines and maintain steady progress throughout the project Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to read, understand, and clearly communicate instructions from a written guide Comfortable walking non-technical customers through technical, step-by-step processes over the phone Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Basic computer/software navigation proficiencyKey Personnel Benefits:
