This role focuses on resolving customer account needs and fostering long-term satisfaction through dedicated service and coordination. Partner with Account Managers to provide seamless service to our professional community. Ensure alignment on customer account needs by resolving inquiries promptly and thoughtfully. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain excellent records and account health. Provide meaningful assistance to ensure clients feel supported and heard. Advance internal processes to improve the overall customer journey. Foster a sense of partnership across departments to resolve complex inquiries efficiently. Maintain a collaborative and team-oriented approach to daily office operations. Some travel required within the region ________________________ Are you a MATCH?Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in industrial gases and welding supplies or similar industrial products.
- Must be able to work overtime and occasional weekends to meet operational deadlines.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Moderate business travel required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Possess proficient computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, and database programs).
- 2-3 years current hands-on experience with SAP (or similar ERP) strongly desired.
- Ability to enter and extract data into and out of a computer.
