About the Role The Client Service Associate is an in-person role and the operational backbone of our financial services team. Working behind the scenes, you'll process account paperwork, maintain critical systems, and help coordinate a seamless workflow between our Wealth Advisors and home office operations. This role is essential to the client experience we deliver. By ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, you'll free our advisors to focus on building strong client relationships — while making sure every request is handled correctly and on time. We're looking for someone who thrives in a smaller team environment and takes pride in doing excellent work, even when it's not always visible to others. What You'll Do Process client account paperwork — new account applications, transfers, beneficiary changes, money movement requests, and distribution forms — through our Avantax systems, ensuring everything is complete, accurate, and compliant before submission Update CRM software daily, tracking activities and workflows to ensure timely follow-through on outstanding items Maintain accurate client files and documentation in compliance with recordkeeping requirements Prepare materials for advisor use, including account summaries, performance reports, and meeting preparation documents Support workflow coordination between advisors, home office operations, custodians, and other service providers Maintain strict confidentiality across all areas of work Build a strong working knowledge of Wymer Brownlee's services, Avantax platforms, and compliance procedures What We're Looking For No degree required, but education and/or experience in finance is preferred Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Comfortable working within a small, close-knit team Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently A proactive, dependable, and adaptable work style Why Wymer Brownlee?
