What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be one of the first voices our customers hear and an important part of their experience with Stutzman Services. You'll help keep our plumbing team organized, informed, and moving forward by: Answering incoming calls and understanding customer needs Booking jobs and scheduling service opportunities from incoming leads Following up with customers to ensure an exceptional experience Coordinating schedules and communication with technicians Communicating with contractors, municipal representatives, and other partners Supporting the Department Manager and Administrative Coordinator Completing data entry and other administrative tasks Helping create a professional, positive, and enjoyable customer experience Representing the Stutzman Services brand and our six core behaviors every day In short: you'll help connect our customers with the people and services they need — while keeping the team running smoothly behind the scenes. What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications:

18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent One year of relevant experience or equivalent Comfortable with computers, software, and office procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills A positive, professional attitude
