Job Description

Who we are Miller Ferrari Wealth Management is an independent wealth management firm based in Bend, Oregon, affiliated with Commonwealth Financial Network. We help individuals and families plan for the things that matter most, and we do it the way a good advisor should: with straight answers, real relationships, and a level of attention that larger firms can't match. We're a small, close-knit team, which means the person in this role isn't a cog in a machine. You'll know every client by name, your work will be visible, and you'll have room to grow. We invest in our people and encourage professional development at every step. About the role The Client Services Representative is the steady hand behind a great client experience. You'll support our advisors and their clients directly, handle the day-to-day operations that keep the office running smoothly, and make sure every client interaction is accurate, timely, and professional. If you like being the person others count on, this is your seat. What you'll do Prepare paperwork, making sure every form is filled out fully and accurately Prepare reports and position statements for advisors' client meetings Keep client records current and organized in our CRM Follow up on outstanding transactions, such as account transfers Maintain well-organized, compliant client files in line with company requirements Stay on top of internal company news, technology updates, and communications, and flag what matters to the advisors Conduct research as directed by the advisors Help prepare for and run client events Place trades through Commonwealth at an advisor's direction (if licensed) Handle mail and keep turnaround times tight (for example, 24 hours on incoming checks) Provide full office coverage when the Director of Client Services is out What you bring We're open to a range of backgrounds here. Whether you're an experienced client service professional or a sharp, motivated person early in your career, we'd like to hear from you. Qualifications Exceptional customer service instincts and a genuine care for people Strong attention to detail and follow-through Solid organizational skills across both physical files and digital tools (calendars, records, appointments) Comfort with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, and the ability to learn our CRM A self-starter who works well independently and communicates clearly across all levels A bachelor's degree Familiarity with basic marketing concepts Don't check every box? Apply anyway. We'll train the right person. Why you'll love working here Our office sits in a central location in Bend, Oregon, one of the most livable towns in the Pacific Northwest, with the mountains, the river, and the high desert all minutes away. It's an easy place to do good work and still have a life. Just as important is who you'll work with. On a small team, you're never anonymous. You'll wear a few hats, learn the business from the inside, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with advisors and a director who value what you do. No layers of bureaucracy, no getting lost in a crowd, just meaningful work with people who have your back.
