Our growing Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the friendly, reliable voice of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with a team, and wants to grow their career in a stable industry. What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for client questions, walk-ins, calls, and emails. Process policy updates, billing inquiries, payments, and claims follow-ups. Support the agent and producer with service tasks so they can focus on sales. Build strong client relationships by providing timely, professional service. Help maintain accurate client records and handle confidential information with care. Occasionally assist with outbound calls to schedule appointments or provide policy reminders. What We're Looking For Strong communication skills (friendly, patient, professional). Organized and dependable with attention to detail. Comfortable using computer systems (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.). Prior customer service experience required; insurance experience a plus. Must be able to pass a background check. Insurance license preferred, but not required
