You take pride in supporting your team and clients with excellence.Other qualifications include:
High school diploma or some college Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Aptitude for learning new software 2+ years of experience in a client-facing support or account manager role Experience supporting external clients and working with vendors Ability to pass a background check and drug test (including THC)What You'll Do:
As the Client Relations Specialist, you'll support the compliance team by providing essential administrative and back-of-house support. You'll communicate with drivers, client representatives, and third-party partners, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Foster and sustain client relationships through consistent communication and outstanding customer service. Stay informed about regulatory concepts and communicate this information to clients. Proactively identify client needs and offer solutions. Communicate with clients, employees, partners, and vendors via phone, email, and fax. Participate in ongoing learning and training. Gradient is an equal opportunity employer.
