We have maintained much of the team through the remodel, but we need qualified front desk agents to help prepare for the opening. We will be starting employees right away to help prepare the property, with mandatory training from May 24th until opening on May 28th. Full-time and Part-time available, All Shifts (24/7 Desk)

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly Uphold the standards of hospitality and company procedures Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Work all scheduled shifts - Must be able to work weekends Willing to cross-train with other departments Assist with other duties as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience preferred genuine passion for hospitality and helping people Team-oriented individual Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
