Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Scan and bag items efficiently
• Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist customers with locating products and answering inquiries
• Promote sales by offering additional products or services
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role preferred
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Experience in electronics sales is a bonus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
