You are a seasoned office professional with 3-4+ years of front-end office experience supporting retail consumers. Data entry is second nature, and your phone, communication, and customer service skills exceed entry and intermediate levels. You are dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented, with a welcoming smile and a customer-first, get-it-done attitude. You recognize issues, find practical solutions, and know when a customer service concern is escalating so you can handle it appropriately.Preferred qualifications include:
3-4+ years of front-end office, administrative, or customer service experience serving retail consumers Retail order processing experience strongly preferred Advanced phone and customer service skills, including handling customer inquiries in person and by phone Proven ability to recognize issues, find solutions, and manage multiple priorities accurately Fast, high-quality typing and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy Experience processing paperwork, sales orders, invoices, or related retail documentation Experience with ERP or order management systems; familiarity with Odoo is helpful but not required, and training is provided Ability to recognize escalating customer service concerns and handle them appropriately Strong follow-through, problem-solving skills, and a get-it-done attitude Professional written and verbal communication skills, along with a positive, welcoming demeanorWhat You'll Do:
You'll communicate with customers by phone and in person, answer and route incoming calls, and provide exceptional service throughout the day. You'll accurately complete sales-order paperwork, enter orders into Odoo, and coordinate information between customers and the sales team. You'll recognize issues, find solutions, and respond appropriately when customer service concerns begin to escalate. You'll also support daily office operations, maintain organized records and workspaces, manage multiple priorities, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. A typical day will consist of: Communicate with customers by phone and in person Answer and route incoming phone calls Process sales-order paperwork accurately Enter sales orders accurately into Odoo, the company ERP system Support sales and administrative operations Maintain organized records and workspace Manage multiple priorities and deadlines Recognize issues and identify practical solutions Recognize escalating customer service concerns and handle them appropriatelyBenefits
