Customer Service Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently. This position requires proficiency in various computer applications and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Communicates with and answers questions from patrons, in person, via telephone and email with a professional, friendly demeanor Registers customers for programs efficiently and correctly Receives payments for programs, recreation center admissions and sells concession items; cash handling and processing credit card payment Performs vending and inventory tracking/control dutie s Carryout water chemistry checks as needed (Kiosk) Handles conflicts with patrons as needed Provides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical service. Experience Strong computer skills. Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry. Demonstrated analysis skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
