Exceptional customer service is our goal, and the sales associate is our means of achieving it. The sales associate is responsible for greeting and assisting the customers, and maintaining the store's appearance and merchandise. The job involves register responsibility as well as administrative duties. Being the last representative of our store that the customer sees before leaving, the associate must be friendly, energetic, and swift to ensure customer satisfaction. We seek a very energetic, hardworking, reliable, and effective sales associate. We need a professional and detail-oriented, sales-motivated person with a sense of urgency and motivation. Additional duties include stocking new merchandise. We receive daily shipments with different garments, and we need to price them, organize them, and merchandise them in a very effective and FAST way. Details PT/FT sales associate position available immediately. Hourly wages plus commission. Buying, merchandising, advertising, and marketing opportunities are available depending on experience. As our company continues to grow, advancement opportunities are endless. Current summer store hours are Sunday-Thursday 10am-5pm, and Friday-Saturday 10am-6pm. Employees start at 9:30am. After Labor Day, store hours will be 10am-5pm daily. Hours may vary by season. Overtime may be available during peak seasons.
