Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Receiving, Kitting, and Customer Service Associate who enjoys hands-on work, customer interaction, and supporting a busy electronics operation.
SALARY:
$21/hr.
LOCATION
Tualatin, OR
SCHEDULE
Full-time; Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Receive, kit, package, and prepare circuit boards, subassemblies, and related materials for shipment while ensuring proper handling and organization. Verify orders, materials, and packaging requirements using documentation and checklists to maintain accuracy and support inventory control. Provide professional customer service by answering incoming calls, responding to basic customer inquiries, and assisting with order-related requests. Support daily operations by collaborating with the Inside Sales Manager, maintaining organized records, and ensuring efficient workflow and material processing.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Prior experience in receiving, kitting, packaging, customer service, or a related manufacturing or operations role preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately verify materials, components, and orders against documentation and packaging requirements. Professional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries in a helpful, patient, and courteous manner. Basic knowledge of electronics, circuit boards, or components preferred, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position works in a warehouse, production, and office-adjacent environment. The role may require standing, walking, reaching, lifting, carrying, and handling packaged materials or electronic components throughout the workday.
