Customer Service Representative Thomas Goldkamp Inc. — Ambler, PA Thomas Goldkamp Inc. is a family-owned and operated industrial supply distributor located in Ambler, PA. We have been serving businesses and customers since 1966, representing manufacturers including Sealed Air, 3M, and many others. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our small, friendly office team. This is a full-time position that involves working directly with customers, assisting our sales representatives, entering orders, and helping with the day-to-day operations of the business. What You'll Do Answer incoming customer phone calls and help determine the products or services they need Provide product information and assist customers with questions and problems Work with our sales representatives to help meet customer needs Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently Handle daily billing Maintain organized customer and order records Perform general office and filing duties Communicate with customers, vendors, and coworkers by phone and email Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the ordering process What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone. Industrial supply experience is helpful but not required —we are willing to train the right person on our products and systems.
