Direct Mobile Dental Services, Inc. (DMD) is a mobile and in-office practice for the nursing home industry. Our dentists travel to over 200 nursing homes in Eastern Pennsylvania as well as a few facilities in South Jersey. Our company is constantly growing seeing new patients and new nursing homes frequently. Most of the dental work is done inside the nursing home and some work done in our home office in Bala Cynwyd, PA DMD is seeking a Customer Service Associate. Our Bala Cynwyd based dental company provides dental services in long-term care facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Services Sales. This person is to be highly organized, motivated, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and problem solving/critical thinking skills. As we deal with patients and their families directly, along with facilities' nursing staff; the person for this role must be empathetic, patient, and compassionate.
Responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing monthly dental activity in individual facilities
  • Data entry
  • Scanning documents
  • Phone calls
  • Billing with medical codes
  • Running account auditing and aging reports
  • Census reports
Requirements:
  • Experience working in or with nursing homes/ assisted living facilities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a timely manner
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Adept at typing
