Job Description

Customer Service Representative Summary:
Are you passionate about supporting others? We are looking for a friendly, solutions-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll support both our customers and your fellow team members — working collaboratively to ensure every client interaction is positive, consistent, and reflects well on our company. You'll be the first point of contact for customers while also serving as a resource and support system for colleagues handling similar issues.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when needed and supporting teammates with difficult calls or situations Collaborate with team members to share best practices, troubleshoot tricky cases together, and maintain a consistent standard of service Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Identify recurring issues and proactively share feedback with the team and leadership to improve processes and the overall customer experience Support onboarding or mentoring of new team members as needed Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (response time, satisfaction scores, etc.) Stay up to date on product/service knowledge to provide accurate, helpful information to both customers and colleagues
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus 1-2 years of customer service or related experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills A team-first mindset — willing to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture Ability to stay calm, patient, and empathetic under pressure Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Flexible availability
