Magnolia Veterinary Practice is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping keep our practice running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and willing to be cross-trained to assist in mulitple areas of the practice. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring each client feels valued and heard Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive client interactions Maintain accurate records through our practice management software Check clients in and out while processing payments Communicate with clients regarding appointments, medications and follow up care Support front desk activities by greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and ensuring a welcoming environment Collaborate with team members to improve office workflows and uphold high standards of phone etiquette and organizational skills Managing cleanliness and organization of the front office and exam rooms Cross-train in additional areas of the practice to support he team as needed Requirements Excellent customer service and communication skills with professional phone etiquette Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team

•oriented with a strong work ethic Demonstrated technical proficiency in computer skills including typing speed and accuracy Veterinary or medical office experience is preferred but not required
