We are seeking motivated, customer-focused, and Licensed Health Insurance Representatives to join a growing team. Representative Responsibilities Assist customers with selecting healthcare insurance plans that best fit their needs Explain benefits, coverage options, and claims information Provide outstanding customer service over the phone Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally Licensed Health Insurance Representative $20.00 - $21.50/hour Flexible 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday Bonus and commission opportunities Temp-to-hire opportunity Voluntary overtime available Representative Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Health Insurance License (Accident & Health) required High School Diploma or GED Previous call center or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Why PROMAN Staffing ?
