Key results area:
Handle Customer Service Issues politely, efficiently, and promptly.
Handle all routine and non-routine Customer Service Complaints
Confirm that all problem issues are in the process of being resolved and contact has been made with the requestor.
Responsibilities:
- Order Entry and Finalizing
- Return authorizations for defective or wrong shipments.
- Product issues: pricing, availability, upc codes, case packs
- Communication with VP's manufacturers, exchange personnel, exchange buying offices, sales reps, via email, phone, or fax for resolution of any problems.
- Resolve any issues with orders once the order has been processed and forwarded.
- Document and retain any communication regarding a given issue.
- Answer all incoming calls to be handled or forwarded to representatives.
- Special projects and other tasks that may be assigned as needed. Qualifications Must have good attendance.
- Must have a positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
- Must possess a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
- Must have the ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to adjust to a given situation and/or personality.
- Must be a team player and willing to help with any task or in any area outside their normal work requirement.
- Must have good data entry skills.
- Must have knowledge or Windows and a comfortable zone in learning new systems as a tool to perform daily functions. Working Relationships Customer service team
