Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties Answering incoming service calls and scheduling appointments Determining the service and maintenance needs of customers Providing an estimate of service/repair costs and anticipated completion time Suggesting appropriate additional service to the customer Reviewing customer history and advise on all maintenance deficiencies Ability to promptly approach and greet customers Building trust and confidence with customer Serving as a liaison between the customer and the technicians Tasks such as: scheduling repairs, assigning work to technicians, preparing repair orders, billing repair orders, entering work orders into computer system Coordinating timely paperwork processing Assisting with any warranty inquires Assisting the Service Manager with special reports or work as needed Staying in contact will all customers to maintain a long-term relationship Qualifications and Skills Must be sensitive to customer needs Must be a good listener Must have outstanding organizational skills Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills
