Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule appointments for vehicle services and repairs
- Provide estimates for services and repairs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicles
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide tire quotes
- Contact customers from leads and manifest lists
- Perform appointment reminders and appointment follow up calls.
- Utilize scheduled maintenance chart for vehicles to help customers maintain there vehicle
Qualifications:
All listings are preferred but not required.
- Previous experience as a service writer or in a similar customer service role.
- Knowledge of automotive services and repairs, including, suspension, shocks, and struts
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
