Montgomeryville Cycle Center in Hatfield, PA is hiring a customer-focused Powersports Service Advisor to help keep our service department organized, our technicians moving, and our customers informed throughout the repair process. As a Service Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact between our customers and service department — writing repair orders, communicating with technicians and Parts, providing customer updates, obtaining repair approvals, and helping jobs move efficiently from drop-off through pick-up. If you enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and staying busy in a fast-paced shop — and motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and powersports are your thing — this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Greet customers and assist with service and repair requests Listen to customer concerns and write clear, accurate repair orders Schedule service based on shop workload and technician availability Communicate repair needs and customer concerns with technicians Coordinate with the Parts department on parts needs and availability Provide customers with updates on repair status, costs, and timelines Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs and obtain customer approvals Monitor open repair orders and follow up to keep jobs moving Close out repair orders accurately and assist customers through vehicle pick-up Help keep the service department organized and running efficiently What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy dealership environment Comfortable communicating with both customers and technicians Comfortable using computers and dealership management systems Interest or knowledge in motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or powersports equipment Previous Service Advisor experience in a motorcycle, powersports, or automotive dealership is preferred Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with common maintenance and repair terminology is a plus Dependable, professional, and able to follow through without letting things fall through the cracks Saturday availability is required Pay & Benefits $20-$26 per hour based on experience Paid Time Off Employee discount Schedule Full-Time Tuesday - Saturday Closed Sunday If you're dependable, customer-focused, organized, and enjoy working around motorcycles and powersports vehicles, we'd love to hear from you.
