Body Shop Assistant Ken Pollock Collision Center - Hunlock Creek, PA Ken Pollock Auto Group is looking for a motivated and experienced Body Shop Assistant to join our team at our Hunlock Creek Collision Center. We are seeking someone with strong customer service skills, collision repair knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
• Schedule customer appointments and coordinate repair timelines
• Communicate repair updates via phone and email
• Open and manage repair orders
• Coordinate rental vehicle arrangements for customers
• Assist with various tasks related to collision repair operations
• Utilize CCC ONE, Mitchell RepairCenter, and ADP/CDK software
• Maintain organized files and assist with office administrative duties
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the repair process

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license required
• Experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell RepairCenter, and ADP/CDK preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
