Job Summary Welcome to Kitty Town Coffee! We are a local coffee roasting company where every bag of our coffee feeds a homeless cat in a shelter for a week! At our facility in Lebanon, PA we roast, bag, and ship coffee to homes and stores all over the country. We are looking for someone to join our team! Duties Handling customer service calls & emails Filing shipping claims with shipping carriers Coordinating with local shelters to distribute funds Following up with stores that carry Kitty Town Assisting with some light social media tasks Assisting with data entry tasks as needed Qualifications Willingness to learn how to use new software Previous customer service experience required Light social media experience preferred Light graphic design experience preferred (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) If you're interested, please submit a cover letter telling us why you think you'd be perfect for the job!
