Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. We are looking for self-directed, detail oriented, hardworking team players for our Front Desk Call Center. You will need to be able to handle outbound and incoming calls in addition to other tasks. Speed, accuracy and a pleasant phone voice are vital to this position. We are looking for two individuals (1 P/T and 1 F/T) with positive attitudes who are highly motivated with a willingness to learn. If you are responsible and have the right attitude, we are happy to train!

Job Duties:

Make outbound calls in response to Internet leads and answer incoming calls Schedule appointments for our customers Make a high volume of outgoing calls to confirm consultations, installations and other items with our clients daily and as needed Maintain customer records by updating account information in our database Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks and results as needed
