Timely and accurate creation of new customer accounts and modification of existing profiles.

Stakeholder Communication:

Notify key internal and external stakeholders promptly regarding account additions, updates, and status changes.

SLA Adherence:

Ensure all daily master data requests are processed within established SLA windows.

Reporting & Projects:

Assist with routine and ad-hoc data reporting requirements; support special project initiatives for the Customer Master group as needed.

System Usage:

Execute customer master transactions, pull correlated reports, and manage daily tasks using SAP (or similar ERP systems) alongside MS Office tools.
