Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Customer Master Representative to join their team. As a Customer Master Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Customer Master Data team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM Must be flexible to work any hours between 7AM - 7PM if buisness needs change What's the Job? Create new customer accounts accurately and efficiently within the specified service level agreement (SLA) timeframe Update and modify existing customer accounts as needed, ensuring data integrity Communicate account changes and additions to relevant stakeholders promptly Assist in reporting requirements and support special projects for the Customer Master Data team Utilize SAP or other ERP platforms, along with MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word, to perform daily tasks What's Needed? Basic understanding of ERP platforms such as SAP Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Ability to learn new transactions and reports related to customer master functions Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word Flexibility to support team coverage hours (7am-7pm) and occasional weekend work What's in it for me?
